Research Interests

Chinese Linguistics and contrastive linguistics (Chinese and Japanese): I mainly conduct contrastive research on the grammatical structure of Chinese and Japanese. Recently, I have been investigating the difference of function between various universal quantifier constructions in Chinese from the viewpoint of cognitive linguistics. I also aim to conduct contrastive research into universal quantifier constructions in Japanese.
